Dzmitry Tarashkevich

Dzmitry Tarashkevich has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Dzmitry began in 2016 as a Software Engineer at Soft'n'Code. In 2017, they joined Profitero as a Data Engineer, where their responsibilities included setting up and maintaining data collection from online retailers and integrating new customers into the system. Dzmitry later became the Data Engineering Team Lead at Profitero, where they were responsible for task assignment, code review, training, mentoring, and managing the team's performance and processes. In 2021, they moved to SOFTSWISS as an L3 Team Lead and eventually became the Head of Technical Operations Department.

Dzmitry Tarashkevich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Belarusian State University. In addition to their formal education, Dzmitry has acquired multiple certifications, including Jira Service Management and Jira: managing tasks on boards through Stepik in December 2021. Dzmitry also obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in December 2019. Other certifications include Introduction to databases, C++ Programming, Computer architecture, Operating System Elements, Java Basic course, and Algorithms: theory and practice.
