Natalia Perkowska has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Natalia currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at SOFTSWISS, a renowned iGaming expert and cryptocurrency software company. In their role, Natalia is responsible for attracting top talent to the organization. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition - International (EMEA & APAC) at MSA Safety, a global leader in safety equipment development. Natalia has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Indicia Worldwide, where they provided recruitment solutions across multiple locations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Recruitment Advisor at DAC Beachcroft LLP, managing the recruitment process for various departments. Natalia has also held roles such as Resourcing Partner at Sky and IT Recruitment Consultant at Sanderson. Natalia Perkowska began their career as a Supervisor at Mango.
