Nikita Molchanov

Nikita Molchanov is an experienced Quality Assurance professional currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at SOFTSWISS since September 2021, responsible for coordinating three teams, managing QA capacity planning, and overseeing bug backlog ownership. Previous roles include Senior QA Engineer focusing on iGaming platforms, QA Engineer at Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości Twój StartUP, and QA Engineer at 21vek.by, the largest e-commerce solution in Belarus.
