Alper Ates

Alper Ates has over 27 years of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as IT Director at Softtech A.Ş since August 2010, where responsibilities include shaping the company's vision and strategy, aligning technology priorities with business needs, and leading teams of up to 50 in software development and business process implementation. Prior to this, Alper worked at Isbank from September 1996 to August 2010, progressing from Developer to Assistant IT Manager, with a focus on analyzing requirements and managing IT policies. Alper holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Middle East Technical University and a Master of Business Administration from Bahcesehir University.
