Aliaksei Minkevich

Aliaksei Minkevich serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at SoftTeco since May 2023, focusing on strategy, engineering culture, and people development. Previously, Aliaksei held the position of Director of Engineering and Site Lead at Lyft from November 2019 to April 2024, where responsibilities included building the Minsk site, leading R&D initiatives, developing engineering teams, and mentoring leaders in alignment with Lyft values and culture. Prior to that, Aliaksei was the VP of R&D at Juno Inc. from May 2015 until its acquisition by Lyft in November 2019, successfully growing the R&D team to 100 members. Aliaksei's earlier career at IBA Group spanned over 15 years, where roles included Functional Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Software Engineer, overseeing various projects and managing teams. Aliaksei holds an MBA in Management and Strategic Decisions from IPM Business School and a Master's degree in Computer Science and IT Management from the University of Informatics and Radio Electronics in Minsk.
