Andrei Ivarouski

Andrei Ivarouski is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and managing project lifecycles across various sectors. Currently at SoftTeco since September 2023, Andrei previously held the position of Project Manager at EPAM Systems from May 2019 to April 2023, overseeing significant projects such as the development of a settlement platform and enhancements to a reverse proxy layer for web applications. Andrei has demonstrated expertise in risk management, communication with project sponsors, and technical guidance, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence. With a strong educational background in Mathematics and Economics from Belarusian State University, along with additional studies at Mogilev Technological College, Andrei has built a solid foundation for effective project delivery and team leadership.
