Valentina Nor

Valentina Nor started their work experience in 2019 at Texode as a Recruiter, where they worked until December of the same year. In December 2019, they joined SoftTeco as a Tech Recruiter and stayed in this role until December 2020. From January 2021 to April 2022, Valentina served as an HR Manager at SoftTeco. As of June 2021, they are still working at SoftTeco as an HR Manager.

Valentina Nor obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sevastopol State Technical University, which they attended from 2009 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also received several certifications. These include completing the Tech Recruiters School in April 2021 at INDIGO Tech Recruiters, an IT recruitment institution. Valentina also obtained a certification in "IT-Recruitment: Successful Candidate Search in the IT Sphere" from the institution Netologiya in March 2020. Lastly, in December 2019, Valentina obtained a certification in "IT-HR" from the Academy of BELHARD.
