Viktoriya Strigaleva

Viktoriya Strigaleva has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Viktoriya started their career as an Interviewer at SATIO in November 2013, where they conducted interviews until April 2014. From October 2014 to January 2016, Viktoriya worked as a Customer Support Specialist at MTBank, where they responded to customer queries, reported issues, and mentored newcomers in the department. Viktoriya then transitioned to a role as a Coach, conducting trainings on retail products and services and developing training programs. In April 2017, they became a Senior Specialist of the Retail Product Development Department at MTBank, where they maintained the product line, communicated with stakeholders, set tasks for departments, and controlled technical implementations. Viktoriya also performed data collection procedures and generated reports using SAP BI. From September 2018 to June 2019, Viktoriya worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Testking, analyzing and resolving customer concerns and communicating with support specialists. Viktoriya then took on the role of a Project Manager/Business Analyst at Testking from June 2019 to September 2020, where they communicated with customers, designers, QA, and development teams, elicited and analyzed requirements, created and managed project backlogs. In December 2020, Viktoriya joined Kanda Software as a Business Analyst, and later in 2020, they also joined SoftTeco in the same role.

Viktoriya Strigaleva completed their Bachelor's degree in Public administration and economics from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. Viktoriya attended the academy from 2011 to 2016.

In addition to their degree, Viktoriya has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed the certification for Microsoft Excel for advanced users from MTBank. In 2018, they obtained the certification for Business Analysis & Project Management from Belhard. In 2019, Viktoriya received the certification for Business analysis from ITMINE. In 2020, they obtained two more certifications, namely Agile practices in Business analysis from ITMINE and Risk Management in Business Analysis from Dgtlization - Digital Transformation Agency.
