10+ years as a Human Resource Professional, having started her career in recruiting and staffing. She manages HR for Softura and FutureSoftIT. On Employee Relations – she handles the administration of recognition programs, and manages and facilitates all employee-related town hall meetings, training, and extracurricular activities to boost morale. She is also responsible for benefits administration – open enrolment, benefit changes, and any other benefit-related issues (medical, dental, life, disability, qualified life events). She handles our HRIS management tool - Paylocity. HR – Workers Comp, Short term disability (STD), Long term disability (LTD), Unemployment, COBRA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOC, ACA Filing, and all other required reporting also come under her purview. She is actively involved in policy Implementation, policy interpretation, and support for all management and employee needs. She also supports employees on immigration- manages all new and existing UCICS H1B Petitions, CAP, extensions, F1, OPT STEM, CPT, invitation letters, and experience letters.
