Kumaran Arumugam has more than 2 decades of experience in IT and ITES. He is currently heading the QA and Continuous Process Improvement Group at Softura. He excels in working with Technology & Business Process Owners for identification and evaluation of the existing processes. Achieve organizational Business Objectives and improve Business Performance through continuously tracking and facilitation of Process objectives and metrics. He actively drives internal process consistency using QMS methodology by process mapping and gap identification. Directly supervises CPIG team, and provides required support and guidance for Process compliance.
