Melissa McKinley

Melissa McKinley, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Software AG Government Solutions since January 2013, focusing on FOCI mitigated operations. Previously, Melissa held the position of Manager of Human Resources at MicroPact, Inc. from August 2011 to January 2013, and worked as the Human Resources Office Manager at Innovative Technology for Government from February 2007 to August 2011. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Radford University and has also pursued education at Northern Virginia Community College.
