Anala Paramesvara Manjula

Anala Paramesvara Manjula has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Regional Lead HR Operations & Payroll for APAC & EMEA at Software AG since August 2022. Prior to this role, Anala held various positions at Software AG, including Regional Lead HR Operations APAC and HR Generalist, as well as Executive - HR Operations from December 2018 to August 2021. Anala's career began at Grameen Koota Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. as an Officer in HR from July 2015 to December 2018, with earlier roles including an internship focused on content development at Head Held High Services Pvt. Ltd. and a management trainee position at Mokshayug Access India Private Limited. Anala holds a PGDM in Marketing & HR from SDM Institute for Management Development and a B.Com with a Diploma in General Management from JAIN College. Education was completed at Sacred Heart Girls’ High School.
