J-M Erlendson is a Global ARIS and BPM Evangelist at Software AG with extensive experience in product marketing, management, publicity, executive management, field marketing, sales, and solution engineering. They also serve as the Transformation Engineering Lead, Senior Systems Engineer, ARIS-Alfabet TIGER Team, System Engineer - ARIS-Alfabet Tiger Team, and GCS ARIS Consultant. Additionally, they co-host the What’s Your Baseline podcast and hold the position of General Manager and Chairman of the Board at SING! The Toronto International Vocal Arts Festival.
