Padma Reddy

Padma Reddy is the current head of Software AG, India, and the COO of R&D at Software AG. Padma has held various positions at different companies over their long and successful career.

Reddy started their career in 1987 as a Systems Analyst/Research Associate at Texas A&M University System. After four years, they left to join Bellcore as a Member of Technical Staff. In 1994, Reddy moved to Software AG, North America, where they served as a Product Manager/Developer for four years.

In 1998, Reddy left Software AG to join i2 as Sr. Director of Development/Product Manager. Padma spent six years at i2 before returning to Software AG in 2004. Reddy has been with Software AG ever since, and they currently serve as the Head of Software AG, India, and the COO of R&D.

Padma Reddy received their M.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and their MS in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

Padma Reddy works with Matthias Heiden - CFO, Joshua Husk - Chief Revenue Officer, and Elke Frank - CHRO & Member of the Executive Board for Legal & IT. Padma Reddy reports to Sanjay Brahmawar, CEO.
