Sonia Landolsi

Sonia Landolsi is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology companies. Currently serving as the Global Head of Customer Success at Software AG since July 2021, Sonia leads the ARIS Customer Success team, driving strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention while advocating for customer needs within the organization. Prior to this role, Sonia held positions such as Head of DACH Customer Success and Strategic Customer Success Manager at Software AG, where successes included building high-performing teams and managing customer lifecycles. Additional experience includes a role as a Customer Success Growth Coach at Catalyst Software and contributions to Cloudflare and ArrivalAid gUG in customer relations and process management. Sonia holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Information Technology - Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor's degree from INSAT.
