Irene Badu is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in global talent acquisition. Currently, Irene serves as the Lead Global Recruitment Partner at Software Improvement Group, following a role as Global Recruitment Partner and Strategic Sourcing at Parkmobile. Prior to these positions, Irene worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Parkmobile, a Senior Recruiter at Ajilon, a Senior IT Recruiter Contractor at IBM, and a Senior Recruiter at Randstad Nederland. Irene holds a Master of Science in Occupational/Organisational Psychology from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Surrey.
