Muhammad Awais has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Muhammad began their career at Toshiba as a Field Service Engineer in 2007, where they provided technical support and maintenance services. In 2008, they joined Pak Mac, an Apple reseller, where they worked as a Lab Manager, Sales and Support Executive. Muhammad'sresponsibilities included customer relations, hardware and software maintenance and repair, and network troubleshooting.
In 2012, Muhammad Awais joined Agnitus as an IT Support and QA Associate. Muhammad provided technical support and quality assurance services for the company.
From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Galxyz as a QA and Network Admin. Muhammad'srole included managing office IT and networks, implementing new hardware, and managing routers and switches for internet connectivity.
Most recently, Muhammad Awais joined Software Improvement Group (SIG) as a Mac System Administrator and IT Support Specialist in 2020.
Muhammad Awais pursued a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of the Punjab during the year 2013 to 2014.
