Katarzyna Sudnik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katarzyna initially worked as a Resident and Tourist Guide for Buksa Travel and Gaudeamus Biuro Podróży from 2008 to 2010. Katarzyna then joined TravelOne.pl as a Manager of travel portals and Specialist in direct reservations from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Resident and Tourist Guide for Buksa Travel in 2011 and Sumada Travel; Delta Travel in 2013. In 2014, Sudnik became the Manager of tourist portal www.itours.pl and a Customer Specialist at Yaspol Sp. z o.o. Katarzyna then worked at lowcosttravelgroup as a Senior Content Writer and Hotel Content Team Leader in 2015 and 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Sudnik joined Brainly and held roles such as Content Operations Specialist and Senior Content Operations Specialist. Katarzyna then became a Manager in PL Textbooks Content Ops and eventually Manager of Content Operations for Poland & Russia. Sudnik also worked as a Freelancer from 2007 to 2020, providing translation and interpretation services in multiple languages. Their most recent work experience is as a Project Manager at Software Mansion, starting in 2023.
Katarzyna Sudnik has a diverse education history. Katarzyna attended Leaders Island in 2019 for a workshop titled "THE FOUNDATIONS OF A YOUNG MANAGER." In the same year, they also obtained a badge for "THE FOUNDATIONS OF A YOUNG MANAGER" from Leaders Island. In 2017, Katarzyna attended ProCognita for a workshop and became a Certified Scrum Master.
From 2009 to 2016, Katarzyna pursued a PhD degree at the Faculty of Philology, Institute of Slavic Studies at Jagiellonian University. Their field of study focused on the Serbian language and literature. Additionally, they acquired a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree from the Institute of Slavic Studies at Jagiellonian University. Before that, they earned their Master's degree in Slavic Studies (Serbian language and literature) from Jagiellonian University in 2009.
Katarzyna also holds various certifications in addition to their formal education. These certifications include the Confluence Fundamentals Badge, Jira Fundamentals Badge, Jira Service Management Fundamentals Badge, The SLII Experience (Situational Leadership), Adapting to Change, Service Design Tools, and Design Thinking Intro. Katarzyna obtained these certifications from institutions such as Atlassian, The Ken Blanchard Companies, Nowe Motywacje Sp. z o.o., and Hearts&Heads.
Currently, Katarzyna is working towards obtaining a Google UX Design Certificate.
