Nina Ignasik has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2016, they started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Medica, where they handled complex customer service tasks, used professional software, solved daily problems, distributed information, and verified the identities of medical patients. Nina worked as part of a team, collaborating with nurses and doctors.
In 2018, Nina joined Shell as a Contracting & Procurement Intern for three months before transitioning to an HR Associate role from October 2018 to March 2019. Nina then became a Buyer, responsible for purchasing, from April 2019 to October 2021.
Most recently, in 2021, Nina joined Software Mansion as a Junior Project Manager, where they successfully worked until October 2022. Following that, they were promoted to the role of Project Manager.
Nina Ignasik completed their Master's degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie between 2019 and 2021. Before that, they attended AGH University of Krakow from 2016 to 2019, where they studied Social Computer Science. In addition to their academic achievements, Nina has obtained the AgilePM® Foundation certification from APMG International in July 2022 and the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert in May 2021.
