Jason Mahler

Jason Mahler is a Board Member at Software.org. Jason was previously the Design Director, Casual Sleep, Lounge and Sport at Victoria's Secret from May 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Women's Sweaters, Fleece and Active Bottoms at American Eagle Outfitters from July 2015 to September 2017. Jason has also held the position of Director, Women's Sweaters and Fashion Knits at American Eagle Outfitters from August 2013 to December 2014, Senior Designer, Women's Sweaters from September 2011 to August 2013, and Designer, Aerie Women's Sweaters and Winterwear Accessories from July 2010 to September 2011. Jason's other experience includes working as a Designer, Women's Sweaters at Gap Inc./Gap from October 2009 to July 2010, Associate Designer, Women's Sweaters, Gilly Hicks and Ruehl at Abercrombie & Fitch from July 2007 to October 2009, and Creative Director, Adora Lynx at J.L. Apparel Group from May 2006 to July 2007.

Jason Mahler attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, where they earned a BFA in Womenswear. Jason then went on to earn a Knitwear degree from the University of the Arts London.
