Adrijana Berčić

Adrijana Berčić has a diverse work experience in various roles within the HR field. Adrijana started their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hotel Jagerhorn in 2013 and held this position until 2016. Adrijana then worked as a Recruitment Assistant at Adecco Croatia from September 2015 to May 2016. Adrijana later joined Hrvatska poštanska banka, d.d. as an Assistant in the Human Resources Department for two months in 2016. Adrijana also temporarily served as a Corporate Division Secretary at the same company for three months. In 2018, they worked as an HR Specialist at Comminus for three months. Adrijana then joined Artigum GmbH as a Recruiter for the Croatian market from November 2016 to February 2018. Adrijana subsequently worked as an Organisational Development Consultant at MAMFORCE from February 2019 to January 2020. Adrijana then transitioned to Poliklinika Identalia, where they held the role of Recruitment & Selection Specialist from January 2020 to May 2020. Adrijana'smost recent position is as a Human Resources Specialist at Software Sauna, starting in August 2020.

Adrijana Berčić completed their education at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Adrijana obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Psychology from 2014 to 2018.
