Noa Harel Bazak is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Information Technology Infrastructure at SoftwareONE, Noa leads a global team through transformation initiatives, providing strategic IT direction and enhancing software delivery through automation and DevOps principles. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at Stealth Startups, where Noa oversaw technological developments, and VP of Infrastructure Operations at Crossix Solutions, where Noa built a multi-disciplinary team and improved operational processes. With a strong background in managing large-scale projects, budget oversight, and compliance initiatives, Noa has consistently driven efficiency and innovation across various organizations. Noa holds a Master's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Reichman University and a BA in Social Studies from The Open University of Israel.
