Rainer Seide

Rainer Seide is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting. Currently serving in Group Accounting (IFRS) at SoftwareOne since December 2019, Rainer is responsible for reviewing financial statements in accordance with IFRS for both internal and external reporting. Previously, Rainer worked at Quarton, A Cowen Company as a financial consultant focusing on M&A processes, and at Deloitte Deutschland as a Senior Auditor. Early career roles include positions at Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, Ernst & Young, B.B.W. Industrieservice Sachsen GmbH, and Sparkasse Leipzig, demonstrating a solid foundation in finance and banking. Rainer holds an Advanced Certified IFRS-Accountant designation, along with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science from Leipzig University, and additional banking qualifications from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and Sparkasse Leipzig.
