Renee Piquette Dowdy

Renee Piquette Dowdy, APTD, currently serves as the Global Sales Enablement Director for NORAM at SoftwareOne, where responsibilities include collecting sales feedback, developing enablement programs, and supporting sales leaders. Previously, as a Learning and Development Manager, Renee created the Emerging Leader program and facilitated numerous workshops on various leadership competencies. Additional experience includes roles at Marquette University, Synergos AMC, and the University of Chicago, where Renee focused on staffing, training, and curriculum design optimized for student and employee engagement. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University.
