Sohenjeet Guha

Sohenjeet Guha is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the IT services industry, currently serving as Head of Operations India for SoftwareOne since October 2018. In this role, Sohenjeet oversees three major global delivery centers in India with a workforce of over 300 employees, providing support for more than 7,000 customers worldwide. Sohenjeet's expertise spans cloud professional services, application services, and service management, with a strong focus on capacity planning, cost efficiency, and employee engagement. Prior roles include Director of Operations at SLM, Associate Director at NTT DATA, and Delivery Manager at Dell, among others, where Sohenjeet has consistently demonstrated a commitment to service delivery excellence, strategic partner management, and talent development. Sohenjeet holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calcutta.
