Megan Altmayer

Megan joined Softworld in January 2011. She is responsible for managing Softworld’s application development recruiting team. She focuses on delivering highly-technical and highly qualified candidates to opportunities that best fit their needs and the needs of their clients.

Megan has over seven years of experience in the staffing industry. She began her career at Softworld as a recruiter on their functional team and quickly moved to their application development team where she has been a contributing member for over six years. She has had the opportunity to grow her career at Softworld while continuing to be a top-performing team member.
