Abdus Somad

Abdus Somad is a seasoned Human Capital Practitioner currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for Sofyan Corporation's Property, Digital, and Education Business Line. Abdus has lectured on Human Resource Management at STIM Budi Bakti and has previously held roles that included Learning and Development Specialist at Dompet Dhuafa and Assistant Consultant at PPM Manajemen. Abdus earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen PPM and a Bachelor’s degree in Dakwah Management from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta. With a diverse background in HR policy development, training programs, and organizational transformation, Abdus is committed to fostering effective human resource practices.
