Lidia Capela

Lidia Capela is the Director of Operations for Apriso at SOFYNE, where they manage customer relationships and technical support activities for over 150 plants worldwide, focusing on MES solutions. Lidia joined SOFYNE in 2015 as an Application Support Consultant and has since progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager of Information Security and Managing Director for Portugal. Before joining SOFYNE, Lidia worked as a Software Support Analyst at Infosys BPO and also had experience as a private teacher and event promoter. Lidia holds a degree from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto, where they also contributed as a trainer in soft skills.
