Ricardo Coimbra is an experienced Application Support Specialist currently serving as Shift Leader at SOFYNE since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ricardo worked at ISQ from September 2018 to November 2022 as a Técnico Superior da Unidade de Desenvolvimento Interno da Direção de Laboratórios, focusing on the analysis of calibration processes, testing, and identifying performance improvement opportunities across various laboratory areas. In 2018, Ricardo completed a master's thesis on developing an application to prevent the occurrence of mycotoxins in corn plantations, utilizing technologies such as PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. Ricardo holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto, obtained in June 2018.
