Jose Maria Juarez Sarmentero possesses extensive experience in technical change leadership and configuration management within the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Change Leader at Sogeclair since January 2018. Responsibilities encompass overseeing aircraft modifications for various programs, including the A350XWB and A400M, while ensuring effective coordination among stakeholders throughout the Full Change Process. Jose has a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, having held key roles in safety assessments and mechanical design across multiple projects related to the A400M and other aerospace systems.
