Julien Bardou

Julien Bardou is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Chef gérant at SOGERES since August 2022. Prior to this role, Julien worked as Second de cuisine at Métropole de Lyon, where the focus was on exemplary homemade cuisine using 100% organic and locally sourced ingredients. Julien's extensive experience also includes serving as Chef De Cuisine for the Swiss Ambassador at the Département fédéral des affaires étrangères DFAE, as well as various roles in establishments such as Palacio Duhau Park Hyatt Buenos Aires and Hôtel Le Mas Candille, where involvement in a Michelin-starred restaurant occurred. Julien co-founded Chez Morfi, a gourmet catering service emphasizing fresh seasonal products. Educational background includes advanced vocational training in hotel and catering from Lycée Sainte Catherine.
