Beatriz López López

Beatriz López López is an experienced professional in human resources with a strong background in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People & Talent Department and Talent Acquisition Lead at Sogeti since December 2018, Beatriz is responsible for the recruitment process for Quality Engineer and Testing roles, implementing and improving selection procedures at the national level. Prior to this role, Beatriz worked at Altran from February 2011 to December 2018, where responsibilities included selecting IT and Telecommunications profiles and conducting administrative tasks related to personnel management. Beatriz's early career includes an internship in human resources and a role as a child monitor and entertainer at DeBoteenBote. Beatriz holds a Licenciatura in Psychology and a degree in Organizations and Human Resources from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and is currently pursuing a specialization in People Analytics at MBIT School.
