Jeba Justin Abraham has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Jeba Justin started their career as a Consultant at Qwest, where they worked as an Offshore Tester. Jeba Justin then moved on to Tata Consultancy Services, where they served as an Assistant Systems Engineer and later an IT Analyst, specializing in testing complex integrations.

Jeba joined Sogeti Finland Oy as a Senior Consultant, working on complex integration projects for testing, test management, and test automation. Jeba Justin gained expertise in troubleshooting post-go-live issues and tailoring solutions for different stakeholders.

Returning to Tata Consultancy Services, Jeba held the position of Lead Developer before transitioning to Nokia as an EXT Consultant, acting as a Test Specialist and later as a Configuration Manager within the Nokia IT department.

After rejoining Sogeti, Jeba took on various roles including Service Delivery Manager, Test Solutions Architect, Quality Manager, and Program Test Manager for large-scale business transformation programs. Jeba Justin also served as a Leader for Rightshore Delivery, overseeing offshore delivery for the organization and focusing on both delivery and growth.

In their current role at Sogeti, Jeba holds the position of Practice Vice President in Quality Engineering. Jeba Justin is responsible for ensuring smooth delivery and continuous growth/profitability, overseeing multiple services, customers, and delivery sites. Jeba's extensive experience includes working with SAP S/4 HANA, cloud solutions, legacy applications, and various licensing models.

Jeba Justin Abraham obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Thiagarajar College of Engineering in 2004. In addition, Jeba has obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2012, ITIL v3 Foundations Certificate from BCS in 2011, and Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2004.
