María Rubiera Martínez

Mariana Aguirre is the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, a position held since August 2020. Concurrently, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching applied mathematics related to nutrition and food history as a university lecturer at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
