Niek van Malsen

Niek van Malsen currently serves as a Change Manager at the Port of Amsterdam since June 2023. Previously, Niek held the position of Lead Improvement Coach at Sogeti, beginning in January 2011. Additional experience includes roles as an Agile and DevOps Coach at Politie Nederland from February 2019 to August 2023, and as an Agile Quality Expert and Agile & DevOps Coach at Philips Lighting from May 2016 to February 2019. Niek's career also encompasses positions as a Senior Agile Testspecialist and Scrum Master at Topicus from February 2012 to May 2016, as well as a Test & Quality Engineer at Elephant Security for a brief period in early 2012. Earlier in the career, Niek worked as a Test Engineer at Topicus from April 2011 to November 2011. Niek completed education in ICM opleidingen & trainingen from February 2021 to March 2022.
