Sailesh Susarla

Sailesh Susarla started their work experience as a Senior Consultant and Lead Developer at Sogeti in 2001. Sailesh then worked as a Solution Architect/Project Manager and later became a Manager in the same company. From 2009 to 2011, they served as the Global Delivery Operations Lead as a Senior Manager at Sogeti. In 2012, they held the position of a National Solution Specialist for Legacy Application Upgrades. In 2013, they worked as a Program Manager and in 2014 as an Application Development and Integration Practice Manager for the P&G Account. From 2016 to 2018, they became the Director and Global Client Partner for the P&G Account. From 2019 to 2022, they were the Applications and Cloud Technologies Regional Practice Manager and is currently serving as an Associate Vice President and Client Partner for the P&G Account at the same company. Prior to their time at Sogeti, Sailesh worked as a Senior Consultant and Developer at Capgemini Consulting from 1999 to 2000.

Sailesh Susarla received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Malnad College Of Engineering, completing their education from 1990 to 1995.
