The consulting business is mainly engaged in the provision of consulting services related to the total operation management of medical institutions, the supporting services for physician’s career changing and development. The rental business is engaged in the rental of equipments such as televisions to medical institutions. The lease and installment business is engaged in the provision of lease services and installment services for the purchase of medical equipments. The Pharmacy segment is engaged in the operation of insurance pharmacies. The Others segment is engaged in the operation of housing type nursing homes and rental business for other clients. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 18 subsidiaries.
