Benoy Francis

Benoy Francis has extensive experience in planning and reliability engineering, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Specialist in Planning & Reliability Engineering at Sohar Aluminium since June 2009, Benoy leads the Maintenance Planning & Reliability section and implements Asset Management initiatives. Prior roles include Sr. Planning and Reliability Engineer at DUBAL, where Benoy headed maintenance planning in the Reduction department, and Manager for the Steel Melt Shop Project at Kremikovtzi Steel, where decommissioning plans for a steel plant were developed. Benoy's earlier positions include Maintenance Planner at Aluminium Bahrain, Manager of Maintenance Planning & CMMS at Ispat Industries Ltd, and various engineering roles at Essar. Benoy holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management, an MS in Manufacturing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Production and Plant Engineering.
