David Stephenson

David Stephenson is a seasoned professional in the aluminum industry with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently, David serves as a Technical Consultant at STR since February 2018, while simultaneously holding the position of OEE Projects Superintendent at Sohar Aluminium since July 2006, where responsibilities include identifying and implementing OEE and Capex projects in the carbon plant to maintain business continuity. Additionally, David has a strong background in operations, having worked as Superintendent for various operations areas and as the reliability maintenance Superintendent at Sohar Aluminium. Previous roles include General Manager at Oman Aluminum Rolling Company, Superintendent Carbon Operations at Mozal, and Operation Supervisor Carbon at Comalco Boyne Island.
