Batool Rafay

Batool Rafay currently holds the position of VP & Head of Strategic Projects, Transformation at Sohar International since August 2023. Prior to this role, Batool accumulated extensive experience at HSBC from June 2015 to August 2023, serving in several senior positions including AGM & Chief Control Officer, DBS, and AGM & Head of Wholesale Client Services, among others. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Manager of the Project Management Office at Alizz Islamic Bank and as a Consultant in Strategy & Deals at PwC. Batool began the professional career with an internship in Audit & Tax at KPMG. Batool holds a BSc. (Hons) in Mathematics and Statistics with Finance from Queen Mary University of London, as well as A-Levels from Watford Grammar School for Girls.
