Juan Andrés Menéndez

Juan Andrés Menéndez is an experienced UX Research Lead at ソーホー since May 2022 and has been a Professor Instructor at Universidad Católica del Uruguay since August 2015, specializing in various psychological processes. Previously, Juan held roles as a consultant at ソーホー and Sentia Labs, where the focus was on measuring customer experiences and optimizing project outcomes using methodologies such as design thinking and big data analytics. Juan co-founded SentiaLabs UX and engaged in research on psychosocial risk factors with the Equipo Investigación RED at UCU. Juan holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and further training in UX and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation.
