Ashley O'Neill Monaghan

Ashley O'Neill Monaghan is an accomplished event producer and creative director with extensive experience in managing high-quality events and marketing initiatives. Currently at Soho House & Co since May 2023, in the role of Event Producer for Cities Without Houses North America, key contributions include overseeing event logistics, budget management, and enhancing guest experiences. Previous roles at Soho House also include serving as Membership Manager for the Southern region. Ashley is also the Creative Director at Ganza, utilizing innovative strategies to produce distinctive entertainment and events. Past positions encompass various marketing management roles at KREWE and operational leadership at the Southern Coalition of Fashion & Design. Ashley holds a degree from Louisiana State University and co-founded The Girl Gang, an initiative focused on empowering women in their creative and professional pursuits.
