Levis Novaes

Levis Novaes serves as the Creative Director at LePub since April 2025 and is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of KeLe, a culture-powered creative consultancy, established in October 2023. Levis has collaborated with notable clients including The Heineken Company for Devassa, Nike, and The Coca-Cola Company for Leão Tea. As the Founder of Jantar Preto, a premium experience for black professionals in Brazil's creative economy, Levis actively participates as a Founding Committee Member at Soho House & Co and as a Pioneer Brazilian Member at ForbesBLK. Levis also has experience at MOOC as a Co-Founder and Strategy Director, contributing to Brazil's first creative ecosystem founded by black individuals, and held earlier roles at FLAGCX and R/GA. In terms of education, Levis holds a degree in Communication and Advertising from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and has completed various boot camps and language programs.
