Ankit Sharma began their career in 2010 as a Mathematics Physics Teacher and Mentor at Scope Education Center. In 2016, they moved to Bhagwan Dass Jagan Nath Casting as a Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2018, they joined Teleperformance as an Assistant Manager Customer Care (Team Lead). In 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Cynet Systems Inc and a Bussiness Development Associate at BYJU'S. In 2021, they became a Chemistry Expert at Chegg India and in 2022 they began working as Human Resources Manager and then Manager Human Resources (US/Canada Operation) at Soho Square Solutions, where they were responsible for End-to-End Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations Performance Management (PMS) & Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Defining KPIs, and KRAs of employees, Office Administration & Headhunting, and Infusing HR policies.

Ankit Sharma attended Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering.
