Yogendra Bagora has over 8 years of experience in IT recruitment. Yogendra began their career in 2013 as a Sr. Technical Recruiter (C2C Resource) at Yashco Systems. In 2015, they moved to Capilton Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter and then to Sedna Consulting Group, Inc. as a Resource Specialist, C2C. In 2016, they joined Sumeru as a Sr. IT Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to New York Technology Partners as a Sr. US IT Recruiter. Currently, they are a Lead Technical Recruiter at SOHO Square Solutions. Throughout their career, Yogendra has been involved in full cycle technical recruitment, visa documentation, W2 agreements, vendor agreements, process planning and implementing management policies.

Yogendra Bagora attended Patel College Of Science & Technology from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics & Communication.
