Hoe Heng Bay

Hoe Heng Bay is an experienced Facilities Manager at SOITEC since August 2017, previously serving as a Staff Facilities Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific from December 2005 to August 2017. In the role at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Hoe Heng Bay collaborated with management and engineering teams from both Singapore and the United States during the start-up of Affymetrix’s manufacturing plant in Singapore. Responsibilities included validating processes, equipment, instruments, facilities, and documenting all procedures.
