Pauline Alvarez

Pauline Alvarez is currently engaged in Corporate Development & Investor Relations at SOITEC since January 2023. Previously, Alvarez served as a Process Support Engineer at Beneq from November 2020 to July 2022, specializing in atomic layer deposition (ALD) for various applications, including power electronics and photonics. From November 2014 to November 2020, Alvarez was an ALD & Ion Beam Sputtering (IBS) Specialist at Oxford Instruments, focusing on Quantum Technologies and supporting the Optoelectronics market. Early career experiences include roles as an AFM Applications Engineer at Asylum Research, an Engineering intern at Turbomeca, and another Engineering intern at CEA, where Alvarez developed and characterized coatings. Alvarez holds an Engineer's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from INSA Toulouse, complemented by a brief educational stint at Loughborough University in 2011.
