Michal Novák

Michal Novák has a strong background in technical roles and management. Michal started their career at Azlan as a Technical Manager in 2001 and worked there until 2003. Michal then moved on to CORE COMPUTER, where they served as a Systems Engineer from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they joined Soitron in 2005 as a Systems Engineer and gradually progressed to the role of Technical Director. Michal held the position of Technical Director from 2009 to 2015. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Cisco Business Unit Manager at Soitron, and currently, they hold the position of Technical Director at Soitron Czech and Slovakia, starting from January 2018.

Michal Novák completed their bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague between 1994 and 2000. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued an MBA from the Institute for Industrial and Financial Management (IPFM). Before that, they attended Gymnazium Karlovy Vary from 1990 to 1994, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
