Zuzana Kršková

Zuzana Kršková has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Zuzana started their career at Global Blue as a Customer Service Representative from an unknown start date until 2014. Zuzana then joined Amazon in 2014 and worked as a Seller Support Associate for a few months before transitioning into a Recruiter role, where they stayed until 2015. In 2016, Zuzana joined Soitron as an HR Business Partner/IT Recruiter and later took on the role of HR Business Partner/Business Development Consultant. From August 2017 onwards, they became the Head of IT Recruitment/HR Business Partner Team, overseeing a team of HR Business Partners/IT Recruiters for the Slovak and Czech markets.

Zuzana Kršková obtained a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired several certifications, including Regression Hypnotherapy from Lamedix s.r.o., Digital Transformation Tips and HR and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn, and ITIL foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Zuzana has also received training in Business Coaching from Business Coaching College.
