Aida Capellan has extensive experience in client success and account management, with a strong background in marketing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Success for US & LATAM at Sojern since March 2017, Aida has previously held multiple roles within the company, including Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Sojern, Aida worked at Presley Media as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive. Aida began the career at Lozier Corporation as a Marketing Analyst and Account & Exports Coordinator, and gained initial experience as a Marketing Assistant at The Search Professionals, Inc. and a Marketing & Public Relations Associate at LVCmag.com. Aida's professional journey includes an internship at Pages BBDO, where skills in account service and production support were developed. Aida holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual focus in Marketing and Social Entrepreneurship from Creighton University and has additionally studied at NYU Stern School of Business.
